Boscheuvel

The architecture of Boscheuvel is defined by curves, flowing lines and organic forms. A barrel sauna felt like a natural fit for the space, echoing the rounded elements of the house rather than introducing a contrasting, rigid structure.

The brief was for a generous wood-fired sauna that could sit comfortably within the architecture while offering more interior space. We took our 4–6 person Wood-Fired Barrel and extended the interior to 2.2 metres, creating a more spacious sauna without losing the proportions and character of the barrel form.

The sauna is heated by a Harvia M3 wood-fired stove, bringing the full traditional wood-fired experience to the space.
